Chairman Lin Jianguo was invited to attend the first China Internet Art Conference held in Shanghai from November 28 to 29, and delivered a wonderful speech at the Summit Forum of China's new leading brands of wine industry (Shanghai). The China Internet Art Conference is jointly hosted by the China Culture Management Association and the China Internet News Center, Zhou Tienong, vice-chairman of the Eleventh National People's Congress and honorary president of the Chinese Culture Management Association, was appointed honorary President of the conference, Liang Guoyang, the current president of China Cultural Management Association, served as the chairman of the conference, and Wang Jiamu, secretary-general of the Art Collection Committee of China Cultural Management Association, served as the secretary-general of the conference.

At the summit forum, Chairman Lin Jianguo said in a speech, why he spent almost all his energy to build the WWSEP.
