On May 25^th , Former Director of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress Gong Xueping, Former Commander of Shanghai Garrison Major General Peng Shuigen, President Liyu of Zijiang Group, President Xue Xinwei of Jiufeng Sanmao, President Hu Shenqi of East Asia Group, President Chen Rongjin of Shenyuexuan Lilac Garden, Professors Qi Heliang, Xujian and Gu Chuanxu of Shanghai Institute of Visual Art and Qiaoqian visited Lucky Horse International Wine Culture Center. They had been warmly welcomed and received by President Lin Jianguo of Lucky Horse Group and the relative responsible officers of the wine culture center.

Gong Xueping & Peng Shuigen and their party accompanied by President Lin had visited the relative projects of wine culture center with great interest. At the following symposium, the relative responsible officers briefly introduced the development orientation and operation mode of the wine culture center and detailed explained the industry value and cooperation idea of the ten main functional areas. At the same time, they also made simple introduction about the common concern on the business layout and entering brands of brand pavilion of the wine culture center.

At the symposium, the participants highly appreciated the industry value and platform function constructed by the wine culture center, they also cared about and paid great attention to the project construction. After the introduction of President Lin, the participants made inquiry and discussion. Gong Xueping made a few suggestions and operation ideas as follows: First, firmly grasp the schedule of the project construction and try to get it all done at top speed under the care and support of the relative departments. Second, based on Shanghai, fortify the high standard operation idea of the project management and promote the allocation of high-end talent. Third, target wine culture positioning on the project function layout and cooperate with top world organization in design concept. Last, later stage management of the project, focus on the team construction, early stage construction is funding, but later stage construction is management effectiveness, thus organization needs professional scientific configuration.
